What are Grip Studs® Model 3000A (Wading & Work Boot Studs)?

Model 3000A is Grip Studs'® most requested boot stud, a screw-in traction spike built with a tungsten carbide core and patented wide-auger threads for wading boots, hiking and work boots.

How do they stay secure in the boot?

The wide-auger thread bites into the sole to increase surface contact and holding power, keeping the studs in place without glue or adhesives.

What types of boots can they be used on?

Model 3000A works with:
• Wading boots for river and surf fishing
• Hiking and work boots

Available in multiple sizes and profiles to match different boot soles and fishing environments.

How many studs should I install?

Per boot: 14 studs
