Grip Studs Warranty

All Grip Studs products go through an extensive QA process before they are shipped - Grip Studs guarantees that all steel boot, tire and track studs are free of defects. We will replace defective studs up to 90 days after purchase.  If a defect is discovered, Grip Studs will provide a return shipping label and ship new studs that match (or closely match) the model of defective studs.  Studs must be in new, unused condition and returned to us in the original packaging.  Reach out to our customer service department for assistance if you have a question regarding our stud guarantee or need help with a replacement at 1-855-538-7883.


If for any reason within 90 days of your purchase you are dissatisfied with your Grip Studs™ products, we would be happy to accept your return and to refund the purchase price of the products. Please return only new, unused products securely packaged in a sturdy shipping carton with a copy of your invoice or receipt enclosed.  Restocking fees may apply.  Please send your return to:

We must receive your return in our facility within 45 days of your original invoice date to refund the amount to the credit card originally used to purchase the products. Returns received between 46 and 90 days after your purchase will be refunded by corporate check, and a $10.00 service charge will be deducted. Please note, credit card refunds take about 7 days to show up on your credit card statement.
